This is how it beginsThe Commander Grand Cross of the Order of the White Rose of Finland, with a neck chain, is the highest-ranking Finnish decoration. It was designed by Akseli Gallen-Kallela. The President of Finland usually wears the Grand Cross on a neck chain, but the President also has a Grand Cross with a shoulder-strap for situations where the chain cannot be worn. The Commander Grand Cross of the Order of the White Rose of Finland is the highest-ranking decoration awarded to foreigners. Most Grand Crosses have been awarded to foreign heads of state, kings or presidents. The parts of the Commander Grand Cross and the Star Brooch of the Order of the White Rose of Finland. There are always nine pairs of round ornaments and fir-crosses, but the number of the links varies. The chain usually consists or approx. three hundred links, but more links are required for a robust large president. The creator of the slideshow is Chikako Harada.
