Shopping cart

The Add to cart link next to the product moves the product to the Shopping cart. At the top right of the screen, you can see the number of products in the shopping cart. You can view the detailed contents of the shopping cart by selecting the Show cart link at the top. You can see the product name, price, number of articles and the total sum on this page. You can change the quantity of products you are ordering by using the + and – buttons. You can delete the contents of the Shopping cart by pressing the Empty basket button.

Placing an order

When you are satisfied with the contents of your Shopping cart, press the Proceed to check-out button.

Page 1/3 Your contact information

Enter at least your name and address on this page. We also need your e-mail address to send you a confirmation of the order. On this page, you can also subscribe to our newsletter and sign up to receive advance notices of new products. Read the Webstore delivery conditions and accept them. You can check your order by selecting the Continue button.

Page 2/3 Checking your order

On this page, you can see the products you are ordering, the shipping costs and the total sum of your invoice as well as the contact information you entered. If the information must be corrected, press the Back button. Once you are satisfied with the contents and customer information of your order you may accept and confirm your order by pressing the Confirm order button. You will be directed to the Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (Finnish Web Payments Ltd) website to pay for your order.

Methods of payment

Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Online payments are made by using the website of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, the Mint of Finland Ltd will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.

With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.
