Anna Maija Wessman appointed to Board of Directors of Mint of Finland

Anna Maija Wessman, VP, was appointed to Mint of Finland's Board of Directors in the annual general meeting of shareholders on 28 April 2011.

Six members were appointed to the Board of Directors at Mint of Finland's annual general meeting of shareholders on 28 April 2011. The new member, Anna Maija Wessman, replaces CEO Catharina Stackelber-Hammarén, who will step down from her position on the Board of Directors.

The other Board members are Pentti Kivinen, who continues as the chairman, Harry Linnarinne, Riitta Mynttinen, Jukka Ohtola and Anssi Pihkala.

Anna Maija Wessman is Vice President, Sustainability, for Ahlstrom Oyj.
